Just wondering if anyone can help me out a bit. I'm a female, been training for over a year and decided to do my furst competition [bodyfitness] in September this year. I've been eating really well but want to start my pre-contest diet in june. THis will mean I have 14 weeks until my comp. I'm having trouble finding a proper diet though. I've talked to a few people but not really got that much info. I weigh now about 65Kgs and am 5' 4". I've packed on a lot of muscle but just want to have a proper diet to get the fat off! Does anyone know of a good book or DVD I can get?

Hi Joey
I've just joined and read your post about pre-contest diet. I see no one replied!!!?
Anyway just wondered how you got on and if you competed in Sept and how you got on?
I'm considering competing next year but will need to get some more upper body muscle on so am very interested in this topic.
